Covering this major Italian region, Tuscany, known for it many variations of Sangiovese, we will round out this tasting with Brunello, Vino Rosso de Montepulciano and of course, the ever cherished Chianti Classico amongst other Tuscan specialities. Paired with corresponding Italian cheeses.
